December 2005 - 25 years ago this month - John Lennon was tragically murdered on in front of his house in the Dakota Building in New York City.

Jerry -- The summer of 2005 saw so many people lose so much to Floods, Hurricanes, Earthquakes and War. Then we had the specter of Bird Flu breathing down our necks.
With the holidays we needed to look at all that we have and be thankful for our family, friends and health.

Jerry -- I sell beads, but I also do pottery as a hobby. So I'm always looking for a way to combine both of these.
September 2005 - Red Cross Donations, I finally began adding Vermeil to the website.
Jerry -- I was deeply saddened and distressed by the terrible devastation and loss caused by Hurricane Katrina. My thoughts and prayers are with the people afflicted, especially our customers, friends, and family members.

Jerry -- We were out of town for a whole week in July. We ran down to Longboat Key. We had a good time.

Jerry -- It is hot and humid here in Central Florida. It's time to hit the pool, beach or water park. Anything to beat the heat.
June 2005 - Barefoot Sandals - These look like something out of I-Dream-Of-Jeannie. Are you tired of wearing flip-flops? Why not wear beaded barefoot sandals.
Jerry -- I never did get around to writing that Custom Tiara page.
May 2005 - Style.com reports that every twenty something
New Yorker and her sister are knitting these days; perhaps it's time you looked into fabric crafts. Small knitting or macramé projects can be carried in your pocket making them the perfect pool or beach side activity.
Jerry -- I've tried to knit but my hands always cramp up.
April 2005 - IRS Sale, Expanded Swarovski Selection and Spring
Jerry -- I expanded our Swarovski selection. I had not added this much Swarovski Crystal since I first started carrying the product lines.
March 2005 - Martha Stewart is finally out of jail - I was worried about her. I wish her all the best in the world. Of course she will be confined to her home for the next five months.
Jerry -- From the emails that I got alot of people thought that she should rot in hell.
February 2005 - The first decade of the new millennium is half over, and some of the shine and polish has worn off. The same goes for fashion colors, you can finally put away that shiny neon-metallic stuff, we are now into retro styles and pastel colors.

January 2005 - 2005 Where style and gadgets meet - Electronic gadgets are the hottest accessories for consumers of all ages.
Jerry -- I guess most everybody makes the same resolutions each year, and this would be to spend more time with family & friends, exercise more, tame the bulge, enjoy life more and get organized.
December 2004 - We now have the Silver and Gold Plated Squaredelles in a Rainbow of Colors, in four, six, and eight millimeters. We know have the Ginger Bread Men back in stock. We have added a couple of hundred new colors of Swarovski Crystal Beads. & Bad news. Due to our weak dollar overseas, we have seen a huge jump in almost everything that we import.

Jerry -- Talked about the fact that all of those new colors of Quartz were just glass. In the coming months, all of the national Magazines came out with this amazing fact. In addition, The Birthstone for June is Pearl and Moonstone. That is a killer.

Jerry -- There were 7,811 Alphabet beads in the bowl. That represents over $7,000 in lost sales. And this does not count what I've added to the bowl this year!

Jerry -- I spent about a month working of the Birthstones area of my website, I figures if you were interested in Birthstones that you may want to buy some.

I live just outside of Orlando. I can see the Shuttle launches from my living room window, sonic booms from the Shuttle when it comes back home, rock my house.
The Shuttle was due back at 9:15 Saturday morning; I did not hear the booms. I just figured that the landing was delayed because of the weather....
January 2003 - 2002 was a great year for us. We shipped over 3,100 packages to 1,700 customers this year. That's pretty good for two people working from home, although this year we did add two part time employees.
Jerry -- I predicted a banner year. Who knew that the war and economy would be such a drag on everyone?
