Feedback from my Customer Survey Form

I wish that I could be all things to all people, but I cannot. I asked for feedback and I got some great answers, suggestions and comments.

I have gone through these and pulled out some of the better comments, do not worry if you filled one of these out I am not going to use your name or anything else that might identify you.

The respondents are evenly spread out between people that bought from me and people just filling out the survey.

You know are an average customers if:
You have been with us less than 2-years,
You visit the site anywhere from a twice a week to a couple of times a month.
You found our site through a search engine, but there is also a good chance that you saw our advertisement in a magazine.
You buy beads several times a month, and you can find exactly what you are looking for on our website.
