I have ordered from two other Internet sources - Aunties Beads in Grapevine, TX and Bead Peddler in Baltimore, MD. I like the quality of Aunties' Beads and I usually get my beads within 48 hours, but I have to pay state taxes. I was not pleased with the quality of the beads I received from the Bead Peddler and it took 7 days to get my order.
Your prices are good, the quality it very good, I did not have to pay state taxes, your shipping costs are less than Aunties and I received my order in about 72 hours. I think I would have received them sooner but the Post Office was closed for Columbus Day. You can count on me to more orders in the future. Thanks,
Whenever I am ordering, I always forget the discount code. It takes me forever to re-find the newsletter in my deleted files. I think it would be great if the discount code would be easier, or maybe, have a membership # for returning customers, and they would get automatic discount. I know that would be great for me, but not sure how that would be for your business.
Better availability of the gemstone beads. You have good prices but when you run out of things sometimes it takes a while to get things back in stock.

I usually turn to your site after my searches on other less expensive sites come up with lacking inventories. I would use your site more, if you had better pricing. I currently shop xxxx.com (they have excellent prices on Swarovski crystals) and xxxx.com (they have great prices on letters and sterling silver). I will continue to use you as my back up, and for the great information, but I need to shop competitively.

But they are little more than online catalogs. Not much heart and soul in their

I would not change anything because I would be afraid that any change might cost me one of the services that I value.
I do not like surveys very much - they try to put a person or an experience in a little box. However, my overall experience with this - my first order from you - was good. In addition, I will certainly keep your site in mind when I shop for my beading needs again.
Shipping costs seem a little high. My last order was $26.00 and the shipping added another $13.00.

Anytime shipping cost seem out of line please contact us. Sometimes we make
mistakes. Just recently I charged a customer $1.00 / bead shipping. When it
should have been $.10 / bead. The weird thing is that it shows shipping cost on
check out, she just didn't notice it.
It would be nice if there was a time estimate on delivery, so I could know when to expect my order. I have ordered some items for Mother's Day gifts, and depending on when they arrive, I may have to rush to get the projects completed in time.

just depends on the order volume and backup at the time. We ship out orders from Monday to Friday. Orders generally take 1 to 3 business days to process. Please note that shipping time does not include processing time! For example, if you choose Priority mail, that means that it takes Post Office two-three days to deliver from us to you but we still need time to process your order. We do however try our best to ship out your order within 48 hours.
If you order on Friday night don't expect your stuff to go out on Monday
morning.

My friend emailed me about your site because you have Greek alphabet
beads. At the time, we were going to vend at a sorority event. I did not have the Gk. beads but I do now. My mother and aunt are the sorority gals. Once I make some jewelry for them with the beads, I hope the sales will begin to trickle in. Please hold on to the Gk. beads for a while longer. Yours is the first I have seen to have them. I am sure my idea is not a new one but I have not seen that kind of jewelry in my neck of the woods yet.

tend to shy away from mechanical. Especially things that could break, you can
get really cheap watches at K-Mart and take the band off of them.
Not sure, I am a beginner. I have not checked yet to see if you have charms (sports, hobbies, etc.).

looked at that, but they are pretty bulky to ship and take up a lot of storage

More gemstone variety. I happened to get lucky and found what I was looking for but I needed gemstone nuggets and luckily, I found exactly what I was looking for. My next step was to visit a lapidary website.
More aquamarine, more amazonite. More shapes, such as roundels, nugget, beans, briolettes, double drill beads. Offer a half strand of beads, makes some types more affordable.
I think your website is great. I would like to see more variety in crystal bead shapes, and I have a lot of trouble finding rhinestone spacers, especially those with 2 holes for two strands. If I found a good source for them, I would stick with them.
Right now I can only get them from Fire Mountain Gems and I don't like to use them because I don't like that they sell pre-made jewelry items. If you sold them at a reasonable price I would not only buy those from you, but I would buy other items at the same time. Usually I try to get a bunch of stuff at a time instead of having to go to a number of different sources. I hope this info is helpful.

I did not see any plated metal beads. Although the sterling silver is very nice, it is not always cost effective for me to use in all my projects. I would appreciate good plated metal beads and findings if you added them.

Looking for large flat Swarovski beads, drilled top to bottom thru the flat side.
A vocabulary list for the jargon-challenged would be a great help. I am a visual person, so I am fine in a beading store. But, when I have to rely on terminology, I get somewhat clumsy. For example, some people talk about gauge and others about millimeters. I had to think hard about whether or not a 20-gauge wire was thicker than a 22-gauge one.

use pop-up windows to display jargon and terms. But most everybody blocks those
