It would be helpful if all item descriptions included the size of the item. In addition, the picture of the split ring looks more like a jump ring.
[ Jerry ] - I
can only assume your are talking about charms. That was a mistake to put them
one without measurements. It has taken me forever to get around to measuring
them, but slowly I'm adding that to the site.
In addition to next, previous, last options a link that said "other" Swarovski would be helpful in getting back to the main selection area.
I had some problems with the "cookies" on my computer and had to dump my initial order and re-key it after I restarted my computer, I was not able to save the cart for some reason. I think it was a problem on my end.
[ Jerry ] - I
keep hoping that some of the newer techniques for website will discover away to
get around the use of cookies, I'm still waiting.
I was trying to find a certain color of Swarovski crystal and did not know what order they were in, so I found myself just scrolling thru them all to get to the correct color. Not sure, what rhyme or reason they are listed in.
Faster restocking of products.
Geez Jerry, you are ALWAYS improving. I am impressed already!
I use a lot of pearls and would like to see a larger selection, especially freshwater white.
You could include the sizes of the beads/charms. It is hard to tell from the picture. If you put the size in the product information, in which you have to click on the picture first to get it, then it is too much work. I would rather see the size with the picture.
No improvements needed - I am impressed with your site.
I would love to get updates when unique one of a kind pieces surface.
Even though I have quite a few suggestions, this was still the most complete and user-friendly bead site I saw in my searches within the past couple of days. NOTE - I came to your cool "Swarovski info" page through a search engine. However, the first time I visited that page I did not even see that you actually had the crystals for sale. I'd recommend making the store information more eye-catching.
[ Jerry ] - Actually
this is not the first time I've heard this, I try to balance content with
e-commerce. But from time-to-time either the contentor the e-commerce portion
gets overshadowed. It is a design problem.
I was specifically looking for one charm (I bought a lot more).
Some charms did not have size listed, which I definitely need as I don't want anything too large.
[ Jerry ] - It
was a mistake to put them one without measurements.
I found the site to be easy to navigate and most easy to find the products in the sizes and colors I was looking for.
